Options on 240sx/S15/R32 Rear conversion
I'm thinking about getting a 95-98 240sx, getting an S15 front end conversion and now I need to figure out what to do about the back, because I dont like the taillights a whole lot. So I was thinking that maybe I could find a way to do an R32 rear end conversion. What do you guys think? Anyone ever see this done? Any other options/pics would be greatly appreciated.

If you don't like the front and don't like the rear why are you getting the car?
I've seen S13's with later model Silvia tail conversions but never from a Skyline. The Skyline rear ends are bigger and a different chassis so would require more work...

tail lights
the S13 180 sx type-x had stove plate tail lights similar to those of the skyline, it'll be a hard job finding one though. A company called strawberry face do an S15 front end conversion for the S13 too, but i'm not sure that there's one for the S14

CA31_JR is right, the skyline rear is wider and its a completely different chassis, and alot of cusom work would have to be done, if u wanna do that, hope u got alot of cash on ya.
