Question Good Deal??

Hello--- Ok, in a few months, I will have the opportunity to purchase a 1995 BMW 318IS. It is an automatic, with all the extras(wood pkg, mnrf,6cd,pwr everything). It has 82,500 miles on it, and I'm not sure if the car is under some extended warranty. It has been immaculately maintained and has all the BMW service records. The seller said he would part for anywhere between $10,000 and $12,000. Is this about right? Too much, Too little??? Thanks-
