capacitor installation Q's
I just picked up a Power Acoustic 2.4F cap with digital read out from a friend for 50 bucks. Now I need to install it. In the past I have had a battery in the back to act as a cap but is the wiring different. I hooked up the battery like this battery-rear battery and from the positive terminal on my rear battery to my amp and from the negative terminal on my battery to my ground on my car. Is that how I install the cap?

Re: capacitor installation Q's
If by battery to rear battery you mean positive to positive and negative to ground then yes. Be careful that you don't mount the cap in place where it can easily be bumped or pushed and use a large gauge wire. Anything smaller than a 4 gauge wire to connect the cap to the battery is too small.
