I post pics by first going to tinypic.com and host the pic I want to use. It's free and easy to use. Once the pic has been hosted, copy the url listed for the pic, ( they even have the option to send the url to your email for future reference,)then when you are ready to insert it into your post, just do the following. Type [img]then paste the url for the pic,followed by[/img]
that should do it. Good luck.
