Has any of you seen the 2005 Mustang GT500?

Oh!!! The return of Eleanor, the star from Gone in 60 Seconds (2000)!!! This time, it is bigger, faster, more powerful and most importantly, newer than the '67 Shelby. This one is also made by Shelby and boasts approximately 476 hp. Has any of you seen its images and articles?

my 67 eleanor will still own it! Plus the 05 will just boost the price of the 67 eleanors. They still cost more than the new one, cuz new ones are a piece of crap that just made to look pretty.

I agree with you to some extent, GT500916. You actually have an ELEANOR??? My fantasy car!!! Anyway, congratulations on owning one. Original vehicles do carry a special feeling that new ones fail to achieve.

Do any of you know the price of getting a stock standard Mustang GT '05 in the US? Note: I live in Australia.

Re: Has any of you seen the 2005 Mustang GT500?

I was scared for a second that it was a real gt500 you did that to... Great lookin car though. I'm kinda sick of seeing the 2001 gi60s eleanors, now if someone built an original 73 eleanor, that'd be sweet. Everybody seems to like the 67s better...
No offense though, you put a lot of work into the car and it looks great.

yea there is onyl a few people that like the 71+ mustangs. I mean they are to long looking and just like a huge boat i dont know haha. There is nothing to make to have a 73 Eleanor you just buy a 73 mustang and paint it yellow and there you have it. Thats why the 67 eleanor is such a piece of art because the pieces that you add on there makes it look like no car out there. Its not over done its like a perfect body kit. the 2005 Eleanor is sick too, but its just not the same you know

Holy Shit!!! Awesome Road Machine Gt500916!!! Can I Have It Someday? I don't understand why you would have a picture of a Supra in your signature when you actually own a much much more sickass car than that at home. Even my brother got that car for about AU16k lol!!!

I saw the pics of 'Eleanor'...nice.

However, are we talking about the '2007' GT 500, cuz if you are, you're Eleanor clone will not 'own it'...sorry, but thats the facts.

If you're talking about the new Eleanor, see this thread:

http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...d.php?t=387777

Way overpriced for what you get. Quick..probably Too much...fer sure.
