Most Depressing Songs
What are the songs that can just make you break down on those gloomy days. Everyone knows which days Im talking about. The songs that just pierce your soul, and send that shiver down your spine.
The ones that do it for me are- Tears in Heaven- Eric Clapton He Stopped Loving Her Today- George Jones I Hung My Head- Johnny Cash Yesterday - Beatles The Sounds of Silence - Simon & Garfunkel Dust In The Wind - Kansas Mad World- Gary Jules (From Donnie Darko) and, the one that will make me tear up every time... Puff the Magic Dragon- Peter, Paul and Mary

Well, that depends. I'm making a CD for my ex (by moving long story) but all the songs on there I listen to when depressed or something realted.
Eagle-Eyed Cherry: Save Tonight Bryan Adams: Almost any song (Please Forgive Me is the most) Coldplay: Clocks, Warning Sign, Yellow, Trouble, and some others Eagles: Any song Foo Fighters: Everlong (idk why though) R.E.M.:Losing my Religion others...but those come to mind

Slipknot - Vermillion Part 2 Brand New - The No Seatbelt Song Cold - Wasted Years Feeder - Yesterday Went To Soon Marylin Manson - Dissasociative KMFDM - Save Me Mathew Good Band - The Rat Who Would Be King Metallica - Fade To Black Red Hot Chili Peppers - I Could Have Lied Many other sad songs. However, I know about 50x as many awesome songs that make me happy

But you learn to distinguish the especially depressing ones.

Speaking of shinedown their version of simple man made me want to cry, then shoot myself, then slowly bleed to death, then shoot myself some more, start gouging out my eyes, rip off my ears, etc just because that might help me overcome the pain that reached my ears when I heard that song...that version of that song is the most depressing thing ive ever heard
Besides that... Bright Eyes - Untitled (Lovers Turn Into Monsters) Pearl Jam - Black From Autumn To Ashes - Take her to the music store Underoath - A message for adrienne Avenged Sevenfold - I wont see you tonight (parts 1 and 2) A Static Lullaby - Lipgloss and letdown Im sure I can think of more but usually the sound of someone screaming at me cheers me up even if the lyrics are sad.
