Thumbs up My turn for a new ride thread!

Just picked up my latest 4 wheeled contraption, a 1995 Honda Accord EXi-S, it's a 2.2 litre (F22 something) SOHC Non-VTEC good for 104 Kw (Not sure what that is in bhp), manual in Sherwood green, which is a REALLY dark metallic green. 122,000 Km's on the odometer.

This thing is loaded- has leather seats, electric windows/mirrors, alloy wheels, alarm, ABS, 6 CD Stacker, Air conditioning, among whatever I've forgotten. Basically the car (manufactured in NZ and hence bought new here) was top of the NZ-made Accord range back when it was new, so it's mega-peeimpin' definitely makes a fantastic and grunty cruiser, but handles well, as all Hondas should.

Plans for the car include: Fixing the radiator, Euro plates (They fit on the boot and front bumper), 17 Inch alloy wheels, a leather retrim somewhere into the future, tints, smoked tail lights, sounds, a 20mm drop and SiR headlights. Power tweaks will be few and far in between due to the fact that this car is for cruising and not driving hard. I'll most likely have this car for 5-6 years.

It also cost me $67 to fill up on the way home, stupid NZ government and their gay fuel taxes

Pics in the morning (Too dark for pics when I got home).

Don't worry, there's no chance of my driving the Accord as crappily as you drove the Silvia

Re: My turn for a new ride thread!

Pics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As you can see the leather on the armrest and lateral parts of the drivers seat is pretty fucked, not much of a problem, I should be able to have those specific bits retrimmed for a few hundred $

Vrrroooooooom!

Fi- Sure thing, just give me about 9 hours or so to get to your flat

Re: My turn for a new ride thread!

Nice man.

You have ugly feet

Love the wheels on the car. I think they look better than those on later accords.

PS If you ever get your seats fixed, make sure that they move the steering wheel back to the correct side of the car.
