Patching up nicks and scratches?

Is there anything out there that can patch up like nicks and scratches on the body just from like small debris cause nicks in the paint.... any help would be great?

um, polish and wax is all I can think of. or if you really want to, I'm sure you can get some touch up paint from any GM dealership.

Duplicolor makes some good touchup paint. Every once in a while when I feel like working on my model cars, thats the paint I use for fine details.
