Lost

Is no one else watching this? This is a great show. However you have to be watching from the begining because they kind of build on eachother. dont know when a new one is going to come out.

Re: Lost

I'm also watching. I think it's the best new show from the '04-'05 season. My only gripe is that they keep putting in repeats every few weeks just when things get more interesting.

Re: Lost

... they have to get back to the mystery of the island and stop with all the character backgrounds. But I still like it

I'm hooked on the show. I agree with the "lets get back to the island stuff" though...I want to know what the monster in the jungle looks like. Seems to be a pissed off giraffe....

Re: Lost

I thought the whole idea was to combine the character's backgrounds with what is occuring on the island. Through these background scenes we have discovered that Sawyer knew Jack's father from the bar scene in Australia, and that Boone came in contact with Sawyer at the police station in Australia. These inadvertant contacts may play a role in future episodes. This show is so popular that it looks to be around for a few years, so the producers don't want to show all their cards the first season. I'm looking forward to a great cliffhanger at the end of the season in May. At least we get a new episode next week.

It seems that this has become commonplace within the last season as they do the same with Desperate Housewives, drives me crazy. If you miss an episode, you should be able to catch it during the off season (summer), but now they run other shows in that spot. You would think that with the advent of the VCR,DVR, and TiVo, there shouldn't be as much a need for all the repeats to air so frequently.
