tranny problem P0741 2001 Aurora

hey i was wondering if anyone with a 2001 aurora 4.0 has ever had this problem: "P0741 the PCM has determined that the voltage signal from the torque converter clutch indicates inadequate perfromance or a stuck off condition." i have not noticed any changes in driving or shifting . the check engine light turns on and off for like a week at a time. i was tryin to solve this before the dealers want to bend me over. thanks for looking i appreciate any help i can get.
