'95 Skylark Power Window Motor

My power window motor on the driver's side conked-out two years ago and I had it replaced. Now it's starting to go super-slow again. Could there be something out of alignment that's ruining the motor or do they just go out this soon?

My widows open and close very slowly in my 95 Skylark. Sometimes they won't open or, worse, will not close. I use them rarely.
