Aluminum GT-40 Heads

I know they make aluminum GT-40 heads for the 302, but do they make them for the 281, 4.6L?

What aftermarket heads do they make for the 4.6L?

Re: Aluminum GT-40 Heads

Alum GT40 Heads are overrated anyway, too expensive for the minimal benefit.

AEM WB02, Minor tunes, running pig rich. No clue as to RWHP feels a tad faster than a stock 05 GT.

Re: Aluminum GT-40 Heads

SHM has ported heads for 2v's and 4v's, FRPP has FR500 heads for 4v's. Thats all I can think of. And GT-40's are for 5.0's only, I got em on my Exploder.

Send a message via AIM to GTStang
Ford Racing use to not sure if they still do some 2V heads and also the FR500 heads for mods. But neither one show a vast superiority to ported stock 2V or 4v that would justify the cost of either.

GT40P's are a good bang for the buck IMO, as soon as I get some $$ flowing I may pick up a set of these.
