can guys be friends with girls?

the girl id been seeing seems to have mostly guys friends. its hard for me to understand how she can hang out with guys and not have me worry. i know im a very jealous person, and thats why it drives me crazy. she says that shes never kissed or had any feelings for any of them, that there just friends. she says she doesnt get along with girls cause there all bitches. i tell her that i think if she was the right girl for me she wouldnt make me worry, but i dont want her to loose her friends cause im a dic*head. i tell her maybe were just not right for each other. she has never done anything major for me to speak of, but i do worry. maybe im just nuts!input please!!!!!

I second that. I've been friends with this one chick for a few years, 90% of her friends are guys, and she doesn't really like any of them. She use to have a thing for me, but I kind of put her in the place of "just friends" - now I'm trying to hook her up with another dude that I know - and we've been having fun trying to do it

i think girls can have guy friends, but it doesn't work the other way around because most guys are always thinking about getting layed(at least i do). So she might be telling you the truth but chances are they're trying to be more than just friends with her.

1.) leave the drama to the chicks, their better at it then you are.
2.) If she does fool around then shes too stupid to realize how awesome you are, and you CAN do better
3.) Women, all people for that matter, want what they believe to be hard to obtain, make your self too available and shes gonna use you like a safety net while she looks for someone else.
4.) If she wants to have guy friends, their isnt anything stoping you from having gal pals.

Of course she says they are just friends and that she never kissed any of them. Would there ever be a good reason to say anything else? If she is cheating on you then why wouldn't she lie to you about it. Don't think that just because she said it, its gotta be true. Some girls are cheaters, and when they are, its worse than guy cheaters. They hide it better, and they lie about it more ruthlessly. If this girl treats you right, then I don't think you would be worried about it. But you are worried about it... How does she treat you? If shes rude sometimes or disrespectful, or argumentative for no reason, then shes probably cheating on you. Whatever the case dude, don't listen to me, listen to your gut. If your gut feeling says that theres something fishy going on... there is. Don't wait for proof.

And to answer the question.. can guys be friends with girls?... Yes, if
1)the girl is ugly
2)the guy knows he can't have her
3)the girl is pretty but the guy doesnt actually like her, he just wants to be around a pretty girl.
4)hes an honest guy and has a girlfriend. (which is the same thing as #2)
5)hes an honest guy, and is single (in which case, thats some major competition, because he isnt showering her with attention, and even though they have good intentions, thats the kind of situation where "Things just happen")

If the guys she hangs out with are single, then theres two possibilities:

1)She cheats on you and they know you are a fool.
2)She is faithful to you, and the other guys are jealous, and they talk shit about you.

Look at it this way... when your girl makes you mad... who do you tell? Your friends. Who are her friends? Guys. What kind of advice are they going to give? Hes an asshole, thats messed up, I wouldnt treat you that way... etc. etc.

You need to get to know those guys, and make a judgement call on whether or not you trust them whole heartedly enough to leave your girl with them alone. Tell her you want to meet her friends, and hang out with them. If she says no, then dump her. This isnt the type of thing to play around with. If she makes you uncomfortable, and doesnt care, then you need to find someone more compatible. But if shes cool with you meeting them and all that, and you end up trusting those guys, then... whatever... trust your gut.

(btw.. if she said "no baby I never kissed them or anything, theyre just friends".. thats fishy. I hope you actually asked if she kissed them because she shouldnt have brought it up.)
I dont wanna sound like the pessimist here, but I've known a lot of girls. I know how they are. If they are trust worthy, then you wont have any doubts in your mind about her. To me, if she even lets me have any doubts about her, then I cut all emotional ties until I actually do trust her. Girls arent all honest... they are just as bad as guys, you have to watch out for cheaters.

2) I disagree. I don't know about anyone else, but when I know I can't have a chick, that makes me want her even more.
3) Denied, the guy will ALWAYS want to bang her.

Guys can be friends with a chick, but every chick I'm friends with I wanna bang pretty much. I WON'T though, no matter how much I want a sample of the other meals on the menu. Come to think of it, I can't remember going further than 1 sentence with anychick and not wanting to bang her at the end.
