Looks clean from the picture, i would never get one of those in an automatic but that's just me... Decent mileage, if you want it just get it.

Re: Time to get back to domestics

Its a TPI, sweet. Grab it. Auto muscle cars are every bit as bad ass as there manual counterpart IMO(hell, a shift kit and high stall torque converter and they are more bad ass).

Re: Time to get back to domestics

the fact that its automatic doesnt bother me that much. i much rather perfer a standard over an automatic and i know i can build an automatic to be as fun as a standard so im not sweating it. the choice's i have are either this or slew of automatic 6-banger f-bodies. so i like this one so far. and if i do get this car what are the major ups and downs to the car also gas mileage. i know its personal prefrence with most things but i want everyone POV.

It looks damn good in that picture, and it has really low milage for a 3rd gen. I say look at the carfax report to make sure it's clean, test drive it (if you can) and buy it if you like it.

Re: Time to get back to domestics

Like i said, it's just my preference about auto's, i've been driving one way to long and i'm ready for a manual, at least as a daily driver...However the car i'm getting ready to buy is another auto, and that doesn't bother me one bit considering what it is...And the 79 has a TH350 with a hurst dual gate shift kit, so i know they can be bad ass, but i'm not going to be driving that as much anymore...
