Unhappy 94 quest died out on freeway

Hi any suggestions ,yesterday i was driving and all a sudden my van died the lights and all atyed on but no power ..had to coast in nuetral off freeway.. and it woildnt start up ..sounded like it was going to but wouldnt turn over.. any comments would be great

usually when it dies like that it is fuel pump

Have the same problem. Try checking the timing belt. Pull the Distributor cap off and see if it spins.

I agree with checking the timing belt. I'd bet money on it.

Same thing happened to my 95 Quest. It was the fuel pump.

I vote for fuel pump also. Did it stutter at all before dying? Also when the timing belt goes it usually just dies and you can hear the starter turning but it will have a higher pitched sound than usual since you would be only turning the crank with it. And usually it would not "sound" like it might start

Are u sure it is the fuel pump? My quest have finally gave out on me as of yesterday. Where ever i am at it randomly dies. I checked the fuel pressure and it is 45psi. Also there is no power coming to the injectors but it have spark. Any ideas?
