How Do You Deal With Anger?
When I'm upset I display one of the following behaviors that indicate I'm upset:
1) I become suddently quiet and withdrawn from conversation. 2) When asked what's bothering me, if anything, I reply with "I'm fine" or "Nevermind". 3) I use the word "fuck" quite a bit. 4) I rush off the phone without any rhyme or reason. What about you?

Wow that depends on the sistuation. Most of the time I get pretty vocal, abusive words can and do fly, small objects if the guy is a real prick, and when I lose it I can resemble a cartoon character

That all depends on if I'm angry at someone, or just angry with somthing. If I'm angry with someone, usualy I will just call them out and voice my problem in a normal way, were it goes from there is up to them.
If I'm angry with somthing I turn into a very tall tazmanian devil, who curses alot

When it's something, I am pretty vocal about it.
When it's someone, I become quiet for a bit. If I say something too soon I am afraid it may come out the wrong way, so I have to sit and think of how I want to confront them.

I do one of two things...........
* I either do a major nut out which beleive me, you dont want to be around when i do. I even frighten myself and later on hate myself for doing it. *Now i just have to try and walk away to calm down and remove myself from the scene before the above happens

But when I'm REALLY angry, I have a tendency to go into hiding. Because I get very evil and will practice my karate on the person who is pissing me off.

I go really quiet and don’t talk much (if at all). If I’m pushed too far I have a tendency to explode (for anyone that knows me, if you see my eyes turn a grey colour, you know I’m REALLY pissed off).
