Can anyone help me, i'm trying to install a tach into my 2000 Accent, i had no problem with the power, ground or light, but the green wire that goes to the ignition coil i think, i'm just not sure where to hook it, a friend of mine had suggested pulling the dash apart and using the wire harness for the dash cluster.

While thats one way of doing it. Looking a the schematics at Hyundai WebTech for the 2000 Accent it would be the grey wire from pin # 8 of the ECU.
2000 Accent ![]() (now mind you You have a 2000 Accent so it should be Grey. On older models it will be white.) The ECU itself is located below the steering wheel. Removal of the Intrument Cluster how to.. I am assuming that the tach is 4 wire set up like in this pic. ![]() TS out
