abs activation

when braking at approx. 5-7 mph, the abs activates.
all 3 sensors are new.
no abs light on .
any suggestions ?

Look at the wiring of the ABS sensors, Especially the passenger side. If the wiring is too close to the ignition wires/coil (or anyother high current or voltage wire), then sometimes the abs can engage prematurally.
