alps printer

Hi
is the alps printer you use to make decals or is it something else?

Make sure you know which models accept white and some other special colors. Only MD-1000, 1300, 1500, 5000 and 5500 can use the white cartridge. Also, only 5000 and 5500 support the silver foil and gold foil.

I don't know where you live, but if you have a problem with your printer in US, your only option is to replace it with a factory refablished model at a cost (i.e. ALPS USA won't repair your printer).

I love my MD-5000, but I'm using it exclusively for modeling, and I use a cheap inkjet most of the time.
