After logging in, go to the "user CP" link near the top. There you can set things like signature, email preferences, etc.
The thing you're looking for is the avatar. You can upload your own or use a pre-designed one. Mine is a picture of me that my wife took. I shrunk it to 100x100 and uploaded it to the site.

hey thanx, its not quite working for me... i have pix from my camera that i tried to use, but at first it said that it had to be shrunk to 100X100, but then it just started saying that there was an error with the "upload," so thanx for the help, but i think theres just a problem with my computer. OH! and where can a find a pre-designed one (i didnt see any in the avatar... thnx!

I had trouble uploading mine too but it worked eventually. I also have to turn off my anti-virus software to view it. Evidently its a "threat"
