Exhaust tips?

I'm really not sure where to put this thread, but do we (Americans, Canadians) have any regulations on how large your exhaust tips can be?

Do you think this is legal to drive in Canada/America?

If it is, I have some evil plans for my future car....... How would you like Autoloc's Flamethrower kit with that?

Re: Exhaust tips?

yea, I don't want my car to look like any other car. This of course won't be on any car over $1000, I'll probably put it on a Geo Metro or something. Just for the heck of it

And then build a huge wing out of 2 x 4's and put it on the back. If anyone gets Car and Driver Magazine, there is a section on that in the December issue so you can get some ideas.

You're right, could you explain to me what the point of having an exhaust that big is. Looks like stacks on a semi or something.

Hardly what I'd call style..... Tacky? God yes, style? Nope.

I swear I'll never understand those Japs; sushi, Suzuki Wagon R's, Pokemon, what next?
