Ping...and other crap...
Alright, Im getting really pissed...I have Metal of Honor...just got it..i love it..its a great game...but what I really really like, is the multiplayer..its fun as all get out...at first....now, theres a problem...everytime I want to connect to this shit, it tells me my "connection timed out"....could someone please explain this to me? I updated the version of GameSpy, which is what it works from, but it still dosent work...so i ask some guy there and he says "the lower your ping, the better chance of connection"....so, whats a ping?? someone please, if you have direct advice, such as, you play this too and have trouble or something, please help me out..its frustating...all I wanna do is play!! geez....

Thanks KB..now i know what a PING is....now all i need is to know how to actually connect to the game so i can play it....any suggestions?

I have a cable connection....
XP and yes, i think I do...to make sure, tell me how to figure that out...

sure...its set up from my moms room...we use one 1 isp addy...and we paid to have them hook it up in both rooms...so we have a router, thats also in my moms room....

also, let me mention this...I can play sometimes...for instance, it will work maybe 1 time, every 6 or 7 times i try to play a single hosted game..does that make sense? Im just telling you more info so you can better understand...

Do you have att broadband? If you do, I'll check out your connection and see if I see any line problems or anything. I do tech support for them. How fast are your ping times? How many KB/s are you downloading when you download large files off the internet. Also, whats your email address for attbi?

well, I do it through GameSpy..it downloaded itself with the game...besides that, I couldnt tell ya....i can try to find out anything you need though so long as I fix this annoying problem...

damn Kris this sux...all i wanna do is play and it wont let me. See, just now, I was just in the middle of a game and all of sudden it started acting funny...like someones's ping was too high...then it kicked me off of that sever and I cant get back on at all now...
