Where to get imported motors

Does anyone know where I can get a imported EJ turbo motor for a decent price?

EJ what?
Subaru makes several configurations of EJ engine for you to choose from.

gruppe-s.com has some, but not at what you may term a decent price.

Your local Subaru dealership might be able to get you one. I know mine will. 'Tis expensive, though.

Re: Where to get imported motors

Spiffy! Replacing VW boxer power with Subaru boxer power! Though, isn't the JDM STi engine just the EJ20t, which is the same motor as the USDM WRX, but tuned differently? It may be cheaper for you to get a USDM block and JDM internals (if my assumption is correct, that is).

Re: Where to get imported motors

Basicly all I know is that the JDM STI is rated at 276hp I think it is the EJ20T but I am getting a half cut so I get all the goodies.
