I think you are talking about carbon fiber body panels? Carbon fiber is used to reduce weight, so putting carbon fiber on top of the metal body panels would be kind of pointless. Depending on the make and model of your car they make carbon replacement panels (carbon creations, fiber images). Carbon fiber is tricky to work with and is not a job for the novice. The carbon fiber sheets are very expensive so if you don't know what your doing and you make a lot of mistakes it will get very pricey. My advice, if you really want carbon fiber, is to buy the pre-made replacement panels.

I talked to a friend who is in the process of doing his own CF work and asked him. He said they use awhat is basically a surfboard resin, it is very very hard when dried. He gets if from aplace in Florida and has it shipped, he didn't say a name though. Carbon Fiber work is hard, so do A LOT of research before you start and prepare to hit some snags. The info is out there, though it can be hard to find.

Tap Plastics (if there is one in your area) should sell resin for CR wrapping, though my friend said this place in Flordia is much less expensive (sorry I don't have a name for the bussiness).
