civic bearings
my bearings are going bad and i need to replace them. . . i was wondering if they were pressed or not. and if their a pain to replace.

differntial bearings, front and rear pinion bearings, spindle hub bearings, wheel bearings, etc,etc,etc. just a few.
we'll just assume it is the wheel bearings. Remove wheel, caliper, rotor, brake line, abs line, 32mm nut, 3 17mm nuts and then remove the hub assembly. take hub assembly to press it out of the bearing. remove c clip then press bearing out of spindle. remove inner race from hub. when bearing is out of spindle, install new bearings (press it in). install c clip. with new bearings in spindle, press hub into new bearing. installation of reversal. to make it easier, take it to a machine shop with a press if you dont have access to one.
