Mustang Classified Forum?

I was noticing and other AF forums like Z cars they have a classfied section. I was thinking maybe the Mustang forum should have one too.

If you guys are in agreement to this idea just leave a quick one here so I know. If there is enough interest I'll ask Jacob to do it for us.

Thanks,
Bobby

Re: Mustang Classified Forum?

Go for it! I got a couple things I'll list. We just need some way to set feedback so we know if someone gets screwed...

Well it would have to be a buyer beware thing obviously. But if someone got screwed over it would obviously be allowed to post a thread about it in the forum and could lead to possible member ban.

Re: Re: Mustang Classified Forum?

As long as the classified section isn't filled with spam and it's members selling stuff I think it's a great idea

I've got an idea that I think is gonna help with this classified forum. Is there anyway we can improve the ease of posting pictures? Because right now its a pain in the a$$. Some can post pics with no problem the rest of us catch hell. I've tried uploading from my computer but unless its the size of a dime its near impossible. Posting pics of your car and current projects is cool, but being able to upload things your trying to sell is almost mandatory. I've never had problems posting pics on places like ebay, but here has always been a problem. I feel unless we can resolve this picture posting issue this classified idea is going to die a quick death, after all who's gonna buy what they can't see.

Re: Mustang Classified Forum?

Easy fix for that is having the interested buyer provide an e-mail addy and e-mail the pics to them. I usually ask for a couple extra pics anyway, it helps verify that the person actually has the stuff...

C'mon, everyone chime in! This would be a great thing, any time you have another source for parts it's a good thing...

I don't know why you have such a tough time posting pics. If your an AF memember you get a free gallery simple upload the pics and there is the a link to just paste so the picture will appear in AF threads. Tell you what give me a lil bit I'll set-up pic tuturial for posting pics on AF for you guys.
