Some progress photos

Nothing special here, just figured I'd post some photo's of my upgrated front suspension crap.

ok, uhh, that's a purple lowering spring...and a kyb strut, there's a new balljoint too but ya can't really see it.

ok, that rubber thing on the a-arm is new, so is the tie rods and the sway bar linkage. The a-arm did have a nice black finish to it, but it got messed a bit from me beating it into place with a sledge hammer ridge runner style.

ok, that's a better look at the tie rods, and the center link is new even tho it doesn't look like it. the red thing is the wonderbar steering brace, and the spring on the other side is there too, i got both springs in without a compresser too btw.

ok bye.

Re: Some progress photos

all I got left to do there is torque those strut bolts to the steering knuckle, they require 195 lbs, i'm gonna hafta stand on the damn torque wrench. Then put the brake assembly back on and wheels then i can finally get it off those stands and put my glow gauges in, i'll take some before, during, and after pics of that too. Then it's time to weld in the subframe connectors which will also include photos.

looks good geno, you need to do the underside of your car in por15, that stuff will save your car. i used it all under the front of mine i bought 1 gallon bucket and it done from right behind the doors to the front end of the car. im going to get another bucket and do the rear end while i have the rear end out.

Hey guys , Looks good Geno.

I've been looking for manufacturers who make some stuff like what you've been doing.I need to change up my front stock suspension as well. I've noticed how tight the heavy azz car handles and I'd say it's pretty good considering how big it is and for a 92' but I know it would handle much better and even so tighter with some upgrades under there. I've seen a few of those cross member ones ( dunno much bout' suspension stuff and names.) that looks like a strut bar on ebay for like 40.00 for 3rdgens. Just need a reasonably cheap and easy direction to go.

i went w/ eibach and bilstien setup on mine... .5 in lower on all 4 corners, w/ bilstien shocks and struts... i didn't use a compressor either, i would muscle it and have my dad attach the strut...

oh and i got my wonder bar from spohn racing... is urs adjustible? i had to spend extra to get the adjustible one, once u put it up, u extend it to preload the subframes, and it keeps the pressure off ur steering box, therefore increasing the life of it...
