DIY Mugen and JDM tuner decals

I posted these a while ago, probably over a year. Since my old post no longer works and people have been PM-ing me for them, I thought I would post them up again. So enjoy.

Just use whatever decal paper you perfer and remember to seal them correctly before getting them wet if you are using inkjet. Resize as necessary.

And if you save them in the next 10 minutes, you will have a nice automotiveforums.com logo FREE! That's right, totally free !

btw, most of those logo can be found here with much higher resolution:

What kind of paper do I need to buy for printing decals?
Is it possible to print decals @ home?

Well, the Automotive.com watermark is obviously out of my control, since it does do it automatically if I host them on the site. Nifty link btw.

Re: DIY Mugen and JDM tuner decals

You'll just need decal paper. They sell them at many hobby stores. There are different kinds available (ie. inkjet, laser, etc.). Just make sure you get the right type of paper for you printer. You can then resize the pics to your liking if you wish. Then just print them out normally (high quality settings). After that, you spray the sheets with either the sealant that the paper instruction recommends, or just use a clear coat. I tried Testors flat clear, and if works fine. Now you can cut them out and use them like normal water decals.
