Introducing myself :o)

Hi everyone,

Just a quick note to introduce myself to you all, well i am a beginner when it comes to cars and i thought the best way to teach myself would be to jump straight in head first, so i decided to do an MI16 Conversion in my 205, when i say do the conversion i don't mean doing the fitting, what i did was to buy the engine without any ancillaries and then source them all myself which proved to be harder than initially anticipated but with alot of hard work and running around i managed to get it done and along the way found out what each bit did which proved to be pretty useful, i then started to read about other bits to add to make it run quicker and faced the questions of whether i should use carbs or keep injection so i decided to keep injection and stick a set of Cams in and that's pretty much to where i am now, but i suppose as most i've got the bug and just want to keep doing more!
So hello to everyone out there :o)

Re: Introducing myself :o)

Sounds like a cool conversion. MI16's push out around 160bhp, right? That's a good amount of power in a 205!! No doubt will be awesome to drive. Good luck sorting the problems out (wish i had the knowledge to help), and feel free to start a thread about it in the Peugeot forum
