tein suspensions
When i buy my tein suspension 4 shocks 4 springs will i still need to buy new struts

Shocks and struts are the same thing. So to answer you question no.

A car has shocks and strurts do the same basic thing, a car will have one or the other. They are different but the purpose is the same. Anyways, in the sense you are thinking, think of them as the same thing. Tein's are fully threaded body coilover. This means the shock absorber body is threaded, versus a sleeve type like Skunk2 where the sleeves slip over the struts. This being said, the shock abosrber.strut is included. Sleeve types like Skunk2 and Ground Control do not include the shocks absorber, but a fully threded coilover like Tein do. So the asnwer is no, you do not need to buy new shock abosrbers if you buy Tein coilovers. Teins are a tuned suspension, meaning they include the shock and the springs, and the shocks are valved to match the spring rates.
