Check Engine!

My Check Engine light is on, Ford claimed that my car is getting more fuel!!! no wondering it feels like it's cutting while im driving in a constant speed (let's say 4th gear on a speed of 40mph) and I dont know why and how can I solve this problem! any help pls. current mods are off road X-pipe, Cold intake, Diablo Chip in a 98 cobra.

My son's check engine light came on too, but the car seemed to run okay. It was a dirty air filter causing the problem. Running too rich.
