Delsol important Q. Well for me anyway..heh

Aight check it out. First I have a statement to make. I think that its garbage that only 3 company's make a catback exhaust for the delsol. I was gonna purchase the tanabe hyper but put my new tranny in and didnt have enough. I ordered an areospeed bomb and some dude near here can put it on with 2 1/4 or 2 1/2 inch piping cat back mandrel bent stainless steal. Will this sound nice? Wat size should I get 2 1/2 ? I hope I get a good performance out of it. Ok now I am wondering if a 00 si lip can be put onto my delsol stock front bumper. I dont want the 95 ex, si lip cause well its just too plain. Thanks for the help....

hard to quess weither or not it will sound good. If it was me, I wouldn't take the risk, because if it's something you don't like then you wasted your money. You could have used the money towards the tanabe exhaust. Now you would have to live with something that doesn't sound good or spend more money now to fix it with a new exhaust system.

I have a 2000 Civic EX and I bought a 99/00 OEM lip for it. My friend wanted to know the samething, so before I put it on my civic we held it up to his sol. It's not a good fit. Both curved ends went out father than the sol's bumper. You would have to
pull them inward towards the bumper with clip srews. Since it's urethane than it will give a little, but not sure if it would look good or not pulled in. If you can find one used for cheap to experiment then I say go for it, but if not then look towards the civic lip (92-95) I think. I also heard that an accord lip fits, but I am not totally sure about that. Also kaminari makes just a lip you can add to the bumper. Or you could buy the Erebuni style 43 lip.

your right about the exhaust but I do need an exhaust to pass inspection being that I dont even have a muffler now cause it broke off. If it sounds terribly horrible then I will just have to save and buy the hyper medalion. I think thats wat I will do anyway. I just need an exhaust to get a sticker. Another Q is what will my car run in the 1/4 mile with intake, wires, exhaust and headers? I know it runs a 16.5 stock right? so I am guessing about 16.0 with that stuff. that correct being with a good driver and all. Also whats the best indiglo gauges they make. I want them with indiglow a/f and oil press with an indiglow tach too. make it all light up inside.. Thanks

Could be a strong possibility to get 16 in the 1/4 mile with your set up. All depends on the driver. Only one way to find out

I hope you answer this as soon as I post it cause if Im right I will order right now. I want to know if an eg lip will fit on my sol, like @ asylumn motor sports they have some fat azz lips for civics but not sol's. since the ex/si front lip will fit does that mean that all the other ones that go to them will fit. Please respond....Thanks... and what size backpipe should I get 2inch 2 1/4 or 2 1/2.

I guess I am late on this, but don't order from asylumns. If you did then I hope it goes well, because they have a very poor reputation among many buyers. They adverstise a lot things that they don't have and have screwed so many people.

Not sure if the lip would fit or not and I am not sure about the pipe. You could post something on darksol and maybe someone would be able to help. Ask for Forcedsol.
