|
What kind of music do you prefer?
So what music do all of you modeling guys prefer to listen to when you're throwing together a model? I tend to listen to rap when I listen to CDs, but rock when I just throw on a radio staion. What about the rest of you?

i dont listen to music when i model cuz... well... im too lazy to bring my music stuff to where i work. i generally listen to Christian music and lately ive been listening to one instrumental song.

everything, there's not a type of music I don't listen too, I listen to everything from Eminem, to Green Day to Toby Kieth, I listen to mostly country though, then rock. I don't listen to as much rap I used to when I was younger. guess i'm kinda growing out of it

Mostly just flick on the radio and listen to Rock.
Dont usually have it on as i prefer to model in a nice quite room to relax

I don't generally have music on while building. If I do though its punk rock/ska 95% of the time....NoFx, Pie Tasters, Gob, Rancid, etc.

Usually Speed Channel instead of music, and usually just silence or me cursing at an errant part.
 Favorite music would be anything suitable to get my blood pumping for a fast drive (my driving music is a lot like good video game music). Electronic/trance/ambient w/rock overtones are the best to my ears. The Crystal Method, Tangerine Dream, Paul Oakenfold, Robert Miles. Old-school 80's new wave, from Devo to The Cars to the Police to the B52's to INXS and Billy Idol. Anything from Enigma to Pink Floyd for chillin'. No rap, no country, dreaming of an endless stream of Sirius-based tunes in the near future.

I usually don't play music while I build but if I do I'll listen to a light music station or a rock station, depending on my mood. I can't concentrate with rap or dance music, too disruptive and I lose patience quick.

I listen to everything except country (sorry gasman03) I also just discovered Alizee, I'm sure you European's know what I am talking about.

I usually don't play music when I build, either. I like the conversational cadence of television or news radio while I work, it helps me focus. If I do listen to music, I bust out some =w=, Ben Folds, or something else in my weird ecclectic collection of alternative rock. However, when I work on my Escalade, I like some Ludacris. The Georgia plate on my Blingmobile is gonna say "DRTSOUF," as he's my inspiration for that build.
