clutch pedal feels hard and is high

Does anybody have experience with adjust the g20's clutch? My pedal takes too much force to push down.

Also, the engage point is higher than I would like. I have a feeling it's because my pedal is high, and not that my clutch is bad. Anybody lower their pedals?

I don't have an answer, but my clutch is starting to feel hard, so an answer would be genuinely spectacular! :o

Don't know if it's the same, but the P11 clutch is manually adjustable.

If it's high, then you need to tweak the pedal position adjuster (top of the pedal arm).

Then go on to tweak the actual clutch reach-adjuster in the engine bay. You can tell whether your clutch disc is worn out here. If the clutch is worn out, there won't be much adjustment left on the adjuster screw!

High pedal could be cable adjustment and/or clutch plate is worn.

Hard pedal can be a sign that the cable needs replacing.

How much is a new clutch cable, and is it difficult to install, or should I take it somewhere?

I basically have the same question... Is it better for me to hunt one of you smart people down and pay you to change my clutch, or am I really better off taking a clutch somewhere, and having a "professional" install it?

I'd suggest replacing the cable for hard pedal and adjusting clutch pedal height and freeplay for high pedal before going to the expense of replacing the clutch. (Unless you are certain your clutch is worn out)

OH, is my clutch done-for!!! :o It slips every time I try to accelerate! I may try to last on an adjustment until I can scrounge up some funds for the $650+ replacement!!!

Damnnn!!! I'm so glad I know how to change one out myself.

It's not so difficult. Just need a good jack, axle stands, basic tools, a helper and a day or two if it's your first time. (it is your first time isn't it )
