Exclamation Car Vandalism

I had gone to a holloween party and when I came back home I found my car vandalized. The usual eggs and whipped cream stuff. But since the cover that blocks access to the gas cap is broken and dosent close Im afraid the vandals may have peed in the gas tank. If I start the car and they did pee in the gas tank will it cause any damage to the engine.

I would like to know because right now I dont have the money to replace the engine or to get a new car. If it will cause serious damage to the engine I can probly drain the tank and fill it with fresh gas, the tank is almost compleatly emtpy anyway, less then 2 gallons left.

I would grately appriciate any responce.

Re: Car Vandalism

Fill the tank and get some dri-gas or other similiar type product that will allow the water content of any urine to burn off. You should have no problems from this incident. Good Luck.

Re: Car Vandalism

Good advice... I have to add: Don't smell the exhaust

You could also have it towed and have the tank drained to be safe.

Thank you for all your replys, Ill have to get some dry gas and put some into the gas tank. I looked up some info on what dry gas does and aparently it also helps clean the fuel line. The fuel line hasent really been cleaned in the 15 years the me (and my mom) have had it. It should run a lot better after this.
