BMW M3 vs Honds S2000

are you serious? m3 wins hands down, how can you even compare those two? a s2k is underpowererd and tiny inside, its like a big miata, that cant go anyfaster.

Honda S2000- 240bhp, 153 lb/ft, 0-60 in 5.5 or so, 1/4 mile in the 14's

BMW M3- 333bhp (343 in Europe), 270 lb/ft, 0-60 around 4.7, 1/4 mile in low 13's

The Honda is a small roadster, the BMW is a sports/luxury car. The only way the Honda could possibly win is if you factor in price, where it has about a $20,000 advantage. The BMW is superior in pretty much any other category you would possibly compare these two cars.

The M3 destroys the S2000, no contest.

Finally, I want to ask why there are so many comparisons very recently involving Hondas/Acuras and cars they are not matched up with very well.
M3 v. S2k
S4 v. S2k
STi v. S2k (arguable, but still a big advantage to the STi)
350z v. RSX-S
Scion tC v. RSX-S (advantage to RSX-S, but still 2 cars in different classes)

Try comparing cars in the same class, not such blatantly different cars.

for this i wouldn't say the m3 wins right away

one car is a light sporty high revving coupe that should be fun to drive all the time
the other is a huge heavy powerful monster of a car that should be taken to the track to really be worked

so its really personal preference, but i pick the m3 anyways lol, i kinda like the extra..... passing power for.. u know? when im passing cars on the freeway?

this guy must think honda is some kind of miracle company or something. a more fair comparision would be NSX vs. M3. or S2K vs 350Z. if your goin to compare atleast make the comparison seem less stupid.

Harji, you're beginning to piss the crap out of me. READ:

1) Type properly
2) AF is a forum for people who appreciate cars. Make a bigger effort. "Wut car is better" just doesn't cut it.

Your other comparisons weren't exacly original, and the only reason i didnt close them is because they'd already been posted in numerous times. I'm nipping this one in the bud.

3) Use the search function. If i see one more repeat comparo, you're on holiday for a week.
