Revell Enzo Ferrari

Box stock Revell kit. This was a fun kit to build, and since I couldn't afford a Tamiya Enzo, this was the next best thing lol. I painted it black because this car reminds me of the Stealth Fighter and I think black suits it very well.
Sorry for the dark pics but there is no sun around here! if it gets sunny i'll take some better pics.

Re: Revell Enzo Ferrari

Very cool JT, IMHO black is the only colour the Enzo almost looks decent in!

Pictures look pretty good to me, nice and shiny paintwork. Perhaps the reason the pics are so dark is because you are using a white background. It causes your camera to underexpose the dark bits i.e. the car. Try using a darker background to bring the car itself into better register.

Re: Revell Enzo Ferrari

I always waited for someone building the Revell Enzo here. Seems to be a good kit for a fair price.

Re: Revell Enzo Ferrari

Looks pretty awesome that. With all the doors and such closed it looks easily as good as the Tamiya one. Nice paint job. Did you have to open the engine cover yourself or does it come like that?

Thanks!, the engine cover comes seperate and gets hinged to the roof, so it really works.

Re: Revell Enzo Ferrari

Looks great! I can definately see the stealth connection, and let's hope the Policeman's radar gun does, too! Looks like some of the panel lines could've used some scribing and deepening before paint, but other than that, it's just a gorgeous model! It seems like Revell is putting some pressure on Tamiya! Fantastic work, your stuff is always impressive.

Re: Revell Enzo Ferrari

very good looking model. i havn't picked this one up yet. i almost build exclusively revell kits. i like the price, and i am quite pleased with the quality. tamiya kits are just too expensive for me right now. so im not surprised with the quality of this enzo...dont know how that related to the thread. just a random thought.

Re: Revell Enzo Ferrari

Whoo, great job. I couldn't tell whether it is Tamiya or Revell.
