Completed: 1973 Skyline KPGC110 (Slightly used)
Well i decided to something a bit different and make a car that looks almost ready for the scrapheap. This was a cheap and simple Fujimi kit, so was ideal for the experiment. It's not quite finished. I am going to do a coat of dust to make it look even more old and manky. Haven't decided how to do it yet. Anyway here are some pics.

On the 3rd picture, I'd swear it was real...! Great job! I like it very much.

The rims colud use a blackwash and the windows are quite shiny for a used car, but otherwise very clean
build..

Way To Go Matt !!!.............that looks fantastic, great "rusting", especially around the wing mirrors.

Very convincing.
Love the rust on rear quarter panel and right pillar emblem! The underbody detailing looks so clean, are you sure you want to weather it? How about making the outside look ratty, but once you open the hood the S20 is shiny, brand new and hot-rodded

Re: Completed: 1973 Skyline KPGC110 (Slightly used)
Thanks for comments guys. I'm trying to make it look dirty now. Hope i don't go overboard and ruin it. Ufortunately the lid is molded shut and was too complex for me to open, but the engine is pretty clean.

Yeah it does look more than a little like the Challenger. Mixed with some others maybe.

Finished and looking like crap!
I have now finished it. I made it look dirty, actually it looks like it's just been dredged up from the canal, and gave it a little coat hanger antenna (last 2 pics only) like all old bangers should have. See what you think.
