When I took my car to this guy I found on the net...he used a fishing line and just sliced it right off the paint....I don't know if you understand...it is kind of complicated to explain for me but you would definitely understand if you saw it done....pretty easy...and use some WD40 or something that breaks down the adhesive....let it soak for awhile...then it comes off like nothing...don't use heavy or harsh chemicals....WD40 seemed to have worked for me...I don't know if the P10 have holes for the emblems but my P11 had none on the trunk lid...good luck...

If you have a light colored car white, silver, etc. it is fairly easy.
Just heat up the emblems with a hair dryer for a little bit untill you can kind of move them around. Then get some fishing line or if you don't have any you can use dental floss. Run it under the emblem and it will come off. The rest of the adhesive will come off with more use of a little more heat and clean it off with simple green or something simular. On a dark colored car it depends on the condtion of your paint. On an older car the paint will have faded a bit on the outside, but not under the emblem so it will still say G20 after the emblems are gone.

aww...I haven't thought of that...well same goes with white...it could be more white under the emblems while the rest of paint faded to a slight yellow....my car was black and pretty much new when I had mine done...

Use a piece of dental floss to slice behind it, kinda like the guy who said to use fishing line. then, use your finger and rubn off the extra glue bits. Then use a claybar and some wax to shine it back up again.

The new adhesive is pretty crappy. I was washing my car one day and it was pretty hot out. I noticed my emblems were moving around a lot. I just used a heat gun and pried it up with a spoon.
Swonder has a good point too. Make sure you clay bar and rewax after you're done. If there is much fade it won't be as noticable.

I wish this topic .....
had turned out about a week ago. I went trough the autuomatic car wash and my G fell off. So I decided instead of looking like a homo I'd remove my 2 and 0. The only question was how to do it. So I pulled out my best friend the flat head screwdriver and opppps I scratched pretty deep un der the spot that the 2 would rest. The 0 did come off easily after the first but the glue is still there. yes I know Im GHETTO:licker:
