Androgenous Children

Would it be possible to raise an androgenous child, or would biological factors override the child's socialization? Would it even be beneficial to attempt to raise an androgenous child?

I say no, I don't think that any amount of psychological, treatment shall we say (for lack of a better word), can change what is written in your genetic make up. I mean, from the end of miosis you are a boy or girl, man or woman. Now one might site homosexuals as a flaw in my theory, but I say that there is some mixup somewere in their genes whether we have found it or not. And no it has nothing to do with their X or Y chromosomes. But people who are XYY are more prone to be homosexual.

Please let it be known that in no way am I making a slight agianst the gay and lesbien community nor am I attempting to cast any aspursions on them nor am I saying that they are "geneticly inferior" in any way

"andro-" Greek for 'man'
"gyn-" Greek for 'woman'

androgynous - having both male and female characteristics.

In modern parlance it often means a person whose sex is difficult to distinguish at first glance. It generally has nothing to do with gender or sexual orientation.

I think it's impossible to purposely raise an androgynous person. Nurture is only half the equation. Nature (genetics) are the other half.

ok, I think it would be qutie hard to do so. They would know wether they were man or woman and act as so. You can't make them think that they are a shemale for ever. You can't really be a Hanger and a Banger for life.
