auto ~~> manual swap questions 88gt

i did a few searches but came up with nothing, im having bad luck with auto trans in my mustang. so i just wanna convert it to a 5spd.
i am capable of doign all the work but, is there a write up on this anywhere, also can i get some parts from turbocoupes thunderbirds or any other car or do they all have to be from, also wil some of the 4cyl parts work on the 5spd swap,

Honestly do a search again in this forum there is tons of information on that here. I have myself have answered the AOD->T-5 conversion questions many times here. Also a simple google search will also render great results.
