New Member Intro
Hi there everybody. Signed up today after reading Automotive Forums for a couple of months.

I've been making plastic kits since I was 4 (over thirty years!) and just this year I've managed to find time for it again after a long break. I'm (mainly) into plastic kits of cars and bikes in 1/12, 1/20, 1/24 scale but have dabbled in 1/43 resin, various scale aircraft, armour and sci-fi. In my time I reckon I've built around 100 car kits, most of which sit gathering dust at my parents house (they're not happy!)...

The thing that strikes me, having got back into this hobby, is the massive availability of detail parts nowadays, the internet as a great resource, and also that most of my local model shops have disappeared!

I've just finished a Tamiya Peugeot 206WRC and hope to be able to borrow a digital camera this weekend to get a few of shots of it plus a couple of others up here.
