Hey guys...Long time lurker (about 6 months) here. Just want to show you guys my latest work. This is my 4th completed model, not counting my other failed attempts when I was about 12-13 years old, im 25 now. I actually found this place by accident, ever since than ive been hooked again. I have about 65 kits in my closet in the 6 months that ive been lurking, so expect to see Projects from me every once in awhile. I can make a list and supply pics of all my kits if you guys want. Ill also be posting my other finished projects soon (Ducati 916, 41 Willys, and Ford Flipnose)
Also want to say...Thank you! to all of AF for inspiring me to return to this hobby. Thank You! for the FAQ, its where I learned lots of stuff on modeling. You guys all seem like a really cool and talented bunch. Hope I dont dissapoint to much. I know this Project has room for improvement, so any Comments and or Suggestions are welcome! I built this car for my Girlfriend and she says she loves it, hope you guys do to. Thanks to JoecwLaw for the 19"s...awesome guy, Highly Recomend. Thanks to HiroBoy for the window masks. Thanks to my friend Gunther for the Sparcos seats okay, sorry for the long, boring intro...hope pics work. Fujimi Mazda RX-8 Type-S Tamiya Light Gun Metal Red & Black interior w/ Carbon Fiber and BMF Junction Produce Scara's 19" (soon to be 19" Racing Hart Type CR's) Turbo Intercooler w/ NOS IC Fogger Front Lip (air splitter) Saleen wing Lowered Ti style mufflers with heat discolorations NOS bottle Sparco racing seats Sparco steering wheel Takata Racing harnesses & shoulder pads Model Car Garage PE tuner pedals SMS Carbon Fiber Decals Detail Master PE Hood Pins 2 15" subs with custom enclosure. That is absolutely elite! I have yet to see a botched job when someone uses SMS carbon fiber, is it that easy to use?
