I prefer the Mantula...not too overblown.

If I'm not incorrect, they use the Ford 4.6, right? The same one as in the GT 'stang?

That is, the mantaray uses it.
I'm pretty sure the Mantis GT uses the same 4.6, but with DOHC ala Cobra.
