LS, GSR, or Type-R for AutoX?

I'm gonna get into autoX racing, and the integra seems the best balanced choice...Only problem. Which model? LS, GSR, or Type-R. Tell me year and tell me why too. Thanx.

Type-R would be the best right out of the box. Or, you could get a GS-R and swap out the stock suspension components for aftermarket ones...

i would go with a 2000 Integra Type-R. better handling and balance than a gsr. you could go with the gsr and swap in a good suspension, but the type r is right out of the box an excellent FWD car

actually a CRX would be a more cost-effective option

autocross heavily favor light, nimble cars, and you dont get much lighter, or more nimble than a CRX, Miata, or toyota MR2

plus a CRX or miata or better yet, a toyota MR2 would be cheaper than an ITR

Get the Type R and then get some coilovers, you can pull more than 1.00 G on the skidpad with that.

what kind of car you get really doesn't matter, there is this thing called classes :P

for 2002, the ITR got moved up to D stock, so it no longer faces non-VTEC integras, or other such cars

G stock was a pushover for the ITR.

D stock will be a little more challenging cause now it's competing with the new SE-R, classic SE-R, DSM Turbo, BMW 3-series, WRX, audi TT, and VR6-powered A chassis VW, etc
