Upgrading Power Windows

I have a 92 Accord coupe LX manual. I want to make a couple of changes to the power windows.....
1) I want to install little lights on them like on the 2000+ Accords. Is it possible to install the power window module from that year car? Will the connections fit? Does anyone know of a way of wiring up those tiny lights, or even just painting on a little bit of glow in the dark paint? do they make that paint?

2) I would also like to make both front windows work the same way the drivers does, with auto down. I want to be able to press both buttons and have both windows roll down all the way. Does anyone know if you can swap in a new button or something from an old window module from a junk yard or something?

Let me know what you guys think about this, and if you have any ideas.

yeah that would be great to have the passengers window to have auto matic roll down. if anyone knows tell us please. that would be a great thing for my car.
