quick question: What is the name of the rubber part you cut in half?

Hey guys, I am uninstalling my Bec techs and Neuspeed sports, and going back to stock(I don't know how I am going to handle it...hahha literally!!) and I can't remember the name of the rubber part that you have to cut in half or 2 loops down...does anyone know the name of it? I am in college so I can't get a handle of my instructions or my manual, or I would just look there. I know this is a stupid question and I know I should know it...but just drawing a blank, and I need to order it because this coming week I am going home and uninstalling, so I need to buy those 4 pieces before I start, since I can't have my car undriveable more than half of a day...THANKS INADVANCE!!

RR- Thanks a lot!

94Honda- Yes it does but you must make sacrifices for what you really want! I'll take no bec techs for a couple months(and only would be using them for a week since i am at college) any day over what I will be doing in a few months
