911 GT3 Vs 911 Turbo

I am leaning towards the GT3 but would like to get some input from the rest of you.
Please include your reasons why you made you choice.

Well the GT3 will be the purist drive, unapologetic, harder to control but faster around a track.

The 911 TT with AWD will be much more civilised, more practical, you can drive it year round in most conditions, the powerband will be more solid due to turbos, it just won't give you the thrill of a GT3

So its up to what it more important to you.

Great thank you for the help.
It sounds like the GT3 would be the better choice.

Re: 911 GT3 Vs 911 Turbo

neutrino is right on. i would choose the gt3 because of the more "balls to walls" personality of it.

I'd take the 911 Turbo. What it lacks in soul, it more than makes up for in locomotive pulling power and unbeatable grip.

It rains a lot over here, and for that reason I'd take the turbo. A friend of mine died in a brand new GT2, when he lost controll of it in the rain, and he wasn't doing any speed. I've had 2 Turbos, and have driven them in rain, fog, wind, ice and snow, and it never once let me down, and as I'm a believer that you should use your cars, no matter how many you have, then the Turbo is best for me.

Re: 911 GT3 Vs 911 Turbo

I could talk about the GT3 for hours such is my love of this car. But i won't. In short, I would take the GT3 for its edgier character, rawer sound, and nicer looks. Man i love that car
