American Muscle Cars

Has anyone else customized an American Muscle car, because all I see are, imports, and trucks, so I'm just wondering if anyone else has built a muscle car.
I built up a 1966 Pontiac GTO.
A list of mods I threw at it are:
426 Hemi Motor Swap
Drag Rear End w/ Slicks
Custom Front Wheels
Custom 12 Point Rollcage
Racing Seats and Steering Wheel
Hood Opening (to allow blower to show)

I'll take some pictures of it right now, but I'm just looking to see if there's any other muscle cars out there.

Re: American Muscle Cars

Well if you noticed what I am constructing for the contest, it is the 1987 Buick Grand National. Back in 1987, the Grand National was the fastest US production car available, so I guess that makes it a muscle car of sorts. I also have a 1968 Shelby GT 500KR, and a 1967 Chevy Camaro sitting around my house that I have yet to do anything to

I have several muscle cars, The one below has been on hold to build my contest entry, i'll get back to it. chassis was cut and tubbed (not a body swap!!!) , will have custom headers, roll cage, custom paint etc. Got a blown 427 for it.

My GTO

Well, here's my Behemoth of a car.

These are just a series of snaps I took
in a hurry, a few of the motor, all plumbed
and wired up, the rear end, the wheels,
and the rollcage. Enjoy

(and in the 2nd to last snap you can see the tach sitting between the dash and door)
