2004 Best Modified Diecast Contest

Rules and Regulations for the 2004 Best Modified Die cast Contest


Classes/Categories:

The categories will not be further divided because of limited number of entries and the idea is to find the best modified SUV/Truck.
-Car
-SUV/Truck


Awards:
The title of AF’s Best Modified Diecast. For now there are no tangible prizes, donations will be excepted.


Judging:
The judging will take place in a open vote thread. Each member will cast their vote for who they think should win the contest for each category. Only one member can vote for each category. Any users that fail to comply will be on suspension. Any contestant that votes for his/her model with other usernames will be disqualified, and put on suspension. A separate voting thread for each category will be made.


Progress Thread:
A progress thread must be made to enter with the title of the thread labeled Contest Entry. If you do not have a thread labeled contest entry, the entry will not count.


Deadline:
The deadline for final picture entry will be 12:00AM EST December 1, 2004

Submission:
All entries must be submitted by the deadline. Entries are limited to one picture, a link to the completion thread, and a link to the progress. Please submit your entry by private message to GTmike400. The PM must contain the following: Username, Modifications, Vehicle, ONE picture of the final product, link to the completion thread (optional), link to the progress thread (optional).

These rules and regulations may be altered after consideration, check back regularly.

Um, its perfectly suitable. Its controversial, but suitable. Im not going to say bye bye forever. We have had these problems before with other contests, they are usually put on suspension until contest voting is over.

LOL I wish there was a beginner and expert because my customs are just basic rims,interior,and sub/speakers/amps. But oh well I will try it,plus the store down the street has maistos for $10 hehe

I don't think people care how many modifications you have as long as the car looks good. A simple rim swap may be too little but you don't have to chop your car to pieces and rebuild it to have a fine looking car. Don't feel intimidated.

contest is all about to fined out hwo is the best. how about 2 & 3 place.

Hey mike, in our progress thread, do we need to post pictures up until the final product or will a few pictures with some ideas we have do? i dont want to post tons of pictures so people can see what we are doing to our cars, or that ruins the surprise
